Name Change Disclosure
Please note: Our nonprofit was originally founded as Saving Grace Ministries of Tampa Bay, Inc. In 2025, we legally changed our name to Not One Left Alone to reflect our mission of ensuring no one suffers alone in their mental health journey.
Our federal EIN and tax-exempt 501(c)(3) status remain the same. Some legal documents (such as prior tax filings) may still reflect our former name.
